ARCTIC CIRCLE 2019

This photography adventure is based in the Northern Hemisphere winter. Shorter days, provide long hours of dawn and dusk light, providing amazing photographic opportunities, surrounded by a rugged winter landscape like no other. And includes the opportunity to experience once in a life time activities such as snow mobiling, dog sledding, whale watching, visiting the world famous Ice Hotel, and of course Aurora hunting.

As with all our tours, it is open to all skill levels, and non photographing partners.

YOUR GUIDE

Paul Daly is a multi award winning landscape and commercial photographer specialising in landscape, travel and architectural imagery. His images have appeared in numerous publications from books, calendars and postcards, to product packaging, web sites to television commercials.

He is also a Qualified Commercial member of New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography (NZIPP) and an award winning Fellow of the Institute.

Paul takes on various assignments which sees him travelling New Zealand and Internationally, he has recently been involved in photographing landscape assignments for New Zealand Geographic Magazine, has had work published in German GEO Magazine and contributed to New Zealand Geographic's 20th anniversary book.

Paul is in high demand lecturing on landscape photography, digital capture and digital post production, at both a tertiary level at the University of Canterbury, at secondary level in adult community education, and at amateur level through local camera clubs. And now internationally Paul has jointly presented several seminars in Singapore under the Nomadic Planet company umbrella.
